Beacon Allied Resources, Inc. and Becker Suspensions, Inc. announce the formation of Bicycle Technology, LLC, a company formed for the development and marketing of Cool*Rider® bicycles. Bicycle Technology owns the patent rights to Cool*Rider’s unique bicycle suspension system which will be utilized exclusively on a line of innovatively designed bicycles which the Company plans to introduce during the summer of 2004. Unique to the bicycle’s functionality, is the ability of the rider to adjust the seat height without the need to stop or dismount in the middle of a ride.
